Ava Cafe

«Ava Cafe» is located in GUM, on the second floor, right on Red Square — in the very heart of Moscow. This is a new project by the Ava Team, behind which stands a star trio: Anton Pinsky, Vitaly Istomin and Artem Losev. The cafe continues the recognizable style of Ava projects — a reinterpretation of European classics, but here this idea is realized in a lighter, more everyday format. The menu features Mediterranean and Italian cuisine with signature accents: pasta, desserts and other dishes in which the team's trademark approach to simple yet well-thought-out recipes can be felt. The interior of «Ava Cafe» echoes the festive spirit of GUM itself — the elegance of the department store's gallery is reflected in the cafe's space as well, creating a sense of celebration on an ordinary weekday. Its location on Red Square makes «Ava Cafe» a convenient spot for those strolling through the city center or dropping into GUM for shopping — here you can take a rest, try pasta from a team with a name, and a dessert, while also appreciating how classic Italian and Mediterranean motifs sound in a new, light interpretation.
