About

Asia Inn

«Asia Inn» is a pan-Asian restaurant on Boulevard Generala Karbysheva, near Oktyabrskoye Pole, Zorge, and Panfilovskaya metro stations. The menu brings together the culinary traditions of Japan, China, Thailand, Korea, and Vietnam: dishes here are made from fresh fish, seafood, and meat, combining classic recipes with original presentation. The signature dish is authentic Peking duck by master Li Hong Wei. The menu also includes Sichuan-style carp soup, ribeye, Korean-style halibut, dim sum, gyoza, and rolls. The meal can be complemented with wine from an extensive list or an exotic signature cocktail. The kitchen is headed by chef Mikhail Kalinichenko, who spent eight years as chef at Anatoly Komm's restaurant «Nomer 1» and moved to Moscow at the invitation of the brand chef. Mikhail's particular passion is Japanese cuisine, which he calls a meditative process. Brand chef and co-owner of the restaurant Givi Khatisov is known for the projects Sixty and «Vladivostok 3000», as well as many years of collaboration with a pioneer of molecular cuisine. The interior is done in a minimalist style: high ceilings, panoramic windows, concrete walls with mirrors and wooden art objects. Solid wood structural tables sit alongside soft emerald sofas. The average check at the restaurant is 1,000–3,000 ₽.
