Aoduvan

«Aoduvan» is located on Gogolevsky Boulevard, near Arbatskaya metro station. The restaurant serves European cuisine, with an average check starting at 6,000 ₽. The restaurant's menu is built on produce from the «Oduvan» biodynamic farm in the Vladimir region. The animals and poultry are raised in natural conditions, fed on feed grown in the farm's own fields. The farm also maintains its own orchard and vegetable garden, establishes perennial pastures, and protects the forest with its wild animals within the Sobinsky hunting grounds. The menu features goat's and cow's milk, homemade cottage cheese and kefir, dumplings and cutlets made from turkey and guinea fowl, and goose and duck rillettes. A separate section is devoted to game delicacies: stewed wild boar and wild boar cutlets, deer and wild boar jamón, wild boar lard, and dumplings with wild deer and wild boar meat. The farm also produces guinea fowl, quail, and chicken eggs, raises chicks, quail, and guinea fowl, and makes preserves from blueberries, lingonberries, bilberries, cranberries, cloudberries, and wild raspberries, as well as wildflower honey. All products are processed and packaged without the use of harmful substances or techniques.
