Alko-bufet "Shashlychnaya"

On Sretenka, near Chistye Prudy and Sukharevskaya, you'll find the alko-buffet «Shashlychnaya», a project from the co-owners of «Alkobufet «Ryumka»» and the owners of «Teburasi». The place recreates the atmosphere of the nineties: a carpet covering the entire wall, food scales straight out of Soviet-era canteens, and an overall sense of mild mischief. The menu and drinks list are deliberately made to look worn, and are strictly titled «Preyskurant». The kitchen serves shashlik and lyulya-kebab, with portions starting at 150 g each. The most affordable option is chicken shashlik at 350 rubles, and the most expensive is lamb at 550 rubles. For a larger group, there's the "Grill Ensemble" ("Mangalnyy ansambl"), a 750 g platter for 1900 rubles — simple, honest food without any frills. The «Preyskurant napitkov» (drinks list) includes infusions and distillates, Armenian cognac, Dominican rum, Cinzano vermouth, and port wine. The average check runs from 1000 to 3000 rubles.
