About

Acha-chacha

«Acha-chacha» on Leningradsky Prospekt is a restaurant of Abkhazian cuisine in Moscow. The name speaks for itself: acha means bread, chacha is a strong grape spirit, and together they form an image of a feast where food and drink go hand in hand. Abkhazian cuisine is close in spirit to Georgian, but with its own character — plenty of herbs, walnut sauces, and distinctive spices. Here you'll find dishes rarely seen at a typical Georgian restaurant: Abkhazian khachapur with various fillings, mamalyga with cheese and smoked meats, adjika made to the classic recipe, charcoal-grilled shashlik, and hearty soups. The restaurant is conveniently located at Leningradsky Prospekt, 9, near the business districts in the north of the city, making it suitable for both a lunch break and an evening dinner with a large group. The menu is built around simple but flavor-rich ingredients: cheese, herbs, nuts, and meat cooked over an open flame.
