The hooligans

«The Hooligans» is a bar on Prospekt Mira in Krasnoyarsk that combines karaoke with tobacco-free steam cocktails. The average check is around 1,000 rubles, so you can drop by whether you have a reason or not. On weekends the bar has DJs, and the dance floor doesn't stay empty. From time to time the venue throws themed parties — for Halloween or March 8, for instance — adding a bit of festive mood to an ordinary evening.
