«Jil» on Prospekt Mira, 86 is a bistro where Russian and French cuisines meet. The menu combines burgers and steaks with dishes referencing French culinary traditions. The average check here is 1850 ₽. The place is located across from the Pushkin Drama Theatre, and this proximity is reflected in the design of the space. The interior is built on theatrical allusions and references to Parisian brasseries: tall mirrors, murals with ballerinas, and designer chandeliers create an image close to the bohemian atmosphere of French cafés from the beginning of the last century. The project was carried out by Alexander Mitrakov's team, who worked out the concept of the place from the kitchen to the interior details. In Krasnoyarsk, «Jil» offers a bistro format that combines presentation familiar to the Russian guest with a French approach to cooking.
