Kharcho

«Kharcho» is a Georgian restaurant on the third floor of the SBS Megamall shopping center in Krasnodar, at 79/1 Uralskaya Street. The menu features Georgian and European cuisine, with an emphasis on khinkali and khachapuri — the dishes people keep coming back for. The restaurant is known as a participant in the "Na Nozhakh" ("On Knives") show with Konstantin Ivlev. It was the chef-restaurateur himself who came up with the new interior concept — bright, colorful, with painted walls. A portrait of Ivlev now decorates the restaurant's space as a reminder of its transformation.
