The kitchen is headed by chef Valentin Mitrofanov, a graduate of the Saint Petersburg State University of Refrigeration and Food Technologies and a winner of national culinary championships. He completed internships in Italy and Spain, and has run the restaurant's kitchen since 2018. Many dishes on the menu are made according to his original recipes, based on classic cooking methods. The bar offers more than a hundred drink options. In the evenings, live music — jazz and classical pieces performed by musicians — plays in the hall, while at other times recordings of pleasant melodies are played. As of May 1, 2021, business lunches are no longer served at the restaurant.
