Soloma

«Soloma» is a gastrobar, greenhouse and exhibition space all in one, located on Burkhana Shakhidi street. The venue occupies the ground floor of the contemporary art center «Smena», built on the site of former stables and a hay storage — hence the name. This is a project by Zulfiya Garipova that combines gastronomy, art and a live cultural program. The interior is picturesque and photogenic: greenery, light and design details create a bohemian atmosphere, suitable both for a casual visit and for creative gatherings. The cuisine at «Soloma» is signature and fusion — the chefs work with different culinary traditions, blending them into their own dishes. The gastrobar is a good fit for those who want to combine lunch or dinner with visiting exhibitions and cultural events held within the walls of the «Smena» center. Its location on Burkhana Shakhidi makes the venue part of a route through the city's contemporary art spaces, and the combination of greenhouse, gastronomy and exhibitions forms a distinctive format, rare for this part of the city.
