«Sky 8 Terrace&Grill» is located at 9 Nekrasov Street in Kazan, on the rooftop of a building with a panoramic view of the famous «Koltso» roundabout. The terrace grew as an extension of «Gastrobar 8», which occupies the neighboring building on Tukay Square, and has become its own story with its own character. The interior combines different textures and eras: corrugated roofing sheets sit alongside rough, tarred boards and red walls. The furniture has history too — the soft sofas moved here from the now-closed Passion, and the slatted tables came from a summer terrace. The terrace space is divided by birch trunks, which create loosely defined lounging areas. The menu is built around grilled meat and fish. Here you'll find New York strip steak, roast beef medallions, top blade steak with fajita spice mix, tongue medallions, and Texas-style chicken breast. Every dish can be paired with a side — fries, hash browns, sautéed vegetables, or mashed potatoes — and a sauce: chimichurri, Thai sweet chili, BBQ, ginger paste, or garlic salsa. For those who don't eat meat, there's a salad with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes, mushroom cappuccino soup, salmon ukha (fish soup), and salmon steak. The bar list includes Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, and Chianti.
