About

Pyyala

«Pyyala» is a cafe of vegan Tatar cuisine located on the Kazanka River embankment, opposite the Chasha (Kazan Family Center) on Sibgat Hakim Street. The venue occupies a miniature glass pavilion. At the entrance there is a wooden terrace, and there are also tables on the roof of the building — you can sit with a view of the embankment. The menu features Tatar cuisine in a vegan interpretation: echpochmaks, chak-chak and other traditional dishes prepared without animal products. A special place in the cafe's concept is occupied by Tatar-style tea ceremonies — here they are conducted according to all the rules. «Pyyala» is suitable for those who want to try Tatar cuisine in its vegetarian and vegan interpretation, and at the same time appreciate the unusual format — a miniature glass pavilion right on the embankment, a stone's throw from the Chasha.
