Ogiva

«Ogiva» on Ostrovskogo Street, 14, is a theater-restaurant in the very center of Kazan, near Tukay Square. The venue was opened by the creators of the «Istina» wine bar, carrying their idea of combining gastronomy and art into a new format. The kitchen here is chef's original cuisine with Tatar motifs, but «Ogiva» has no regular menu. Dinner here becomes a performance: entry is by ticket, and the serving of dishes is structured as a theatrical act. Each gastronomic show is dedicated to a specific theme and changes from program to program, so guests encounter a new storyline each time. The average check at «Ogiva» is 6,000 ₽, in keeping with the format of a dinner-performance with carefully crafted dramaturgy and original plating.
