About

Maram

«Maram» at 56 Ibragimov Avenue in Kazan is a restaurant that combines four cuisines in one menu: Uzbek, Georgian, Italian, and Japanese. The venue grew out of "Rubai Project," a restaurant familiar to many Kazan residents, and has remained true to Eastern traditions, using halal products. The menu is built around Uzbek classics: Fergana-style plov, lagman with veal and handmade noodles, and manti. The soup selection also includes homemade chicken noodle soup and tom yum. Georgian, Italian, and Japanese dishes have been added to the traditional Uzbek recipes, expanding the choice for guests with different tastes. Besides the main dining hall, «Maram» offers billiards and bowling, and can host banquets or events. The average check at the restaurant is 1,300 rubles, making its Eastern and European cuisine accessible to a wide range of Kazan's guests.
