About

Leuven

«Leuven» on Pushkina Street, 11 in Kazan is a brasserie serving Belgian cuisine with a beer list put together by Artem Tyazhelov, director of the «Pirushka» (Pirushka), Beerpoint and Top Hop Bar chains. Here Belgian beer goes hand in hand with Belgian food: beef bone marrow is baked in salt and served with a spicy sauce made from homemade tomatoes and Borodinsky bread croutons. The menu includes homemade duck, rabbit and turkey pâtés, as well as braised rabbit with Gueuze lambic, seasonal vegetables, dried prunes and sage leaves. The beer program is worked out down to the smallest detail. Of the 34 taps, 30 varieties are kept constant, while the rest change every month, giving you a reason to come back. In addition to the draft beer, the fridge holds another 300 bottles of Belgian varieties. The average check at «Leuven» runs from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
