Khochu i budu

«Khochu i budu» at 5 Chistopolskaya Street in Kazan is a gastrobar with an unusual operating format. It uses a paid-entry system: guests buy a branded wristband, and all dishes and drinks are sold at cost price. The kitchen combines American and Asian influences, with an average check of 1,000–2,000 rubles. The price of the wristband depends on the time of visit. From 11:00 to 16:00, entry costs 150 rubles per person; from 16:00 to 18:00 — 200 rubles; and from 18:00 onward — 400 rubles. On Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 18:00, a flat rate of 200 rubles applies. The gastrobar is open daily from 11:00 to 23:00, and each table is reserved for guests for 2.5 hours — this can be extended for 150 rubles per person per hour if arranged in advance when booking. It's best to visit the gastrobar with a prior reservation, as the venue primarily accepts guests by phone booking.
