Botanika

«Botanika» is a coffee shop at 6 Zhukovsky Street, in a 19th-century building in Kazan. It's the new name of the Cup it all roasters, who rebranded and opened their own venue on the ground floor of the building. At the counter, they make espresso drinks on a Marzocco machine and prepare alternative brews — all using beans from their own roasting, including "Ethiopia Mokonisa" and "Ethiopia Uraga". Breakfast is served here all day. You can order a ready-made set — a meat one, with egg, sausage, mixed salad and toast, or a vegetarian one, with tofu, egg, guacamole and white beans. Eggs are prepared to order: fried, scrambled, omelet, or poached. For the fish set, the salmon is cured in-house. Any set can be supplemented, for an extra charge, with egg, salmon, avocado, or sausages. Among the individual dishes, there's rice porridge and cottage cheese with berries and fruit. Besides food and coffee, «Botanika» hosts cuppings, sensory analysis courses, and a barista school. The schedule for these events is published on the venue's social media. The average check at the coffee shop is from 1000 to 3000 rubles.
