Basilico

«Basilico» is located on Bauman Street in the very center of Kazan and focuses on authentic Italian cuisine without mixing in other traditions. The pizza here is handled by chef Giustino, ranked among the top twenty pizzaiolos in Naples, and it's baked in a stone oven heated to 400°C. The pizza and other dishes use parmesan and prosciutto brought directly from Italy. The menu offers a wide selection of pizza, including options where you can choose your own toppings, pasta, light salads like caprese and tuna tartare, vegetable soups, risotto, steaks, and tiger prawns. For dessert, there's panna cotta, tiramisu, and croissants. The wine list is built around Italian classics: Montepulciano, Chianti, Lambrusco. Beer is available, and for spirits there's vodka, whisky, rum, liqueurs, cognac, and brandy. The average check at the restaurant is 1,000–3,000 ₽.
