Artel

«Artel» is located in the center of Kazan, near Lyadskoy Garden, on Mushtari Street. The kitchen works at the intersection of European, Russian, Mediterranean and vegetarian cuisine, focusing on local and seasonal ingredients. Farm chèvre is brought in from the Mari El Republic, and seasonal dishes are listed in a separate section of the menu — Karelian trout, coho salmon with persimmon, premium meat with physalis sauce, and Alba truffle. The regular menu includes kystyby with pumpkin and smoked horse meat, tartare of Tatarstan beef with eggplant caviar, and a triangle pastry with duck and goose. For dessert, try the Tatar cannoli with kaymak and lingonberry or the panna cotta with oregano. In the mornings, breakfast is served: eggs prepared in different ways, for example with ricotta and an avocado salad, house-made croissants and brioche, and ricotta pancakes.
