«Shark» at 19a Chernyakhovskogo Street is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00 in Kaliningrad and serves Uzbek dishes made from classic recipes. You can dine in or order home delivery — the cooks prepare shurpa, lagman, chuchvara, plov, manti, samsa and other traditional dishes. Some items are cooked over an open flame: kazan kebab, lamb, chicken and liver shashlik, and lyulya-kebab. The menu also includes flatbreads and samsa from the tandoor, oven-baked samsa, and fried dumplings. Prices are affordable: lagman costs 150 rubles, shurpa — 200 rubles, plov and manti — from 150 to 200 rubles, kazan kebab — 250 rubles. The average check at the café-bar is 400–800 rubles.
