Russkiy khleb

«Russkiy khleb» is a Kaliningrad company that has been operating since 1994. It started out producing bread and bakery goods and became an innovator in the region's baking industry: it was the first to introduce local residents to hearth-baked wheat breads "Krestyansky" and "Korolevsky," toast bread, a line of national breads, and sprouted grain bread. The bakery at 9G Krasnooktyabrskaya Street operates on the principle of live production with a natural dough-fermentation method, using sourdough starters for wheat varieties. The range includes a rich, fluffy sweet loaf; "Ligo" bread with a bold flavor; wheat-rye bread with hints of green apple and caraway seeds; sugar-free toast bread with chia seeds for health-conscious customers; and a new item — poppy seed crunch bread. A separate line features handmade pies: "Vienna pies" have now been added to the lineup, along with sweet pies with ten types of fillings. The bakery also prepares hearty lunches, bowls, and sandwiches. There are combo offers: a curd sochnik with coffee for 145 rubles, and a sandwich with coffee for 230 rubles. «Russkiy khleb» products reach 1,824 points of sale across Kaliningrad and the region every day — with 11,114 units of bread and 44,569 buns baked daily.
