Russkiy khleb

«Russkiy khleb» has been operating in Kaliningrad since 1994, starting out as a bread and bakery goods producer. The bakery at 38/4 Pugacheva Street continues the tradition of live production and natural dough-making: wheat breads here are made with a sourdough starter, following natural fermentation processes. The company became an innovator in the region's bread industry, introducing residents to hearth-baked wheat breads «Krestyanskiy» and «Korolevskiy», toast bread varieties, a line of national breads, and sprouted grain bread. The bakery's range includes a fluffy sweet batons, «Ligo» rye-wheat bread with apple and caraway, sugar-free toast bread with chia seeds, and a new item — a poppy seed crunch loaf. Handmade pies are baked here, including Vienna-style pies and sweet pastries with ten types of fillings. The menu also features hearty lunches, bowls, and sandwiches. At all bakeries in the chain, you can get a combo: a cottage cheese pastry (sochnik) with coffee for 145 rubles, or a sandwich with coffee for 230 rubles. Every day, the bakery produces more than 11,000 units of bread and nearly 45,000 buns, and «Russkiy khleb» products are sold at more than 1,800 outlets across Kaliningrad and the region.
