Brauplatz

«Brauplatz» is a German-cuisine brewery restaurant in Izhevsk, located in the Cosmos hotel, with an entrance from Tsentralnaya Square. The name translates as "street square," and the place indeed builds the atmosphere of a German feast — with its own brewery, where Bavarian beer is brewed right on site. The menu features traditional Bavarian cuisine: würstl-pfanne, schweinshaxe, jägerschnitzel. There are also classic German sausages — Bavarian, currywurst, käsekrainer. For dessert, chef Linar Mukhametshin recommends apfelstrudel. The average check at the restaurant ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. The venue operates on a flexible schedule: Monday through Thursday from 5:00 pm to midnight, on Friday until 2:00 am, on Saturday it opens at noon and works until 1:00 am, and on Sunday it welcomes guests from 4:00 pm to midnight.
