Strizhi

The gastronomic restaurant «Strizhi» is located in the center of Irkutsk, at 13B Karl Marx Street. The cuisine here is built on European and Russian classics with the chef's own interpretation, and the chef focuses on the quality and self-sufficiency of each ingredient. The menu features Siberian motifs, reimagined national recipes, and modern culinary techniques. Breakfast is served every morning from 7:00 to 13:00, and on Friday and Saturday evenings the restaurant features live piano music. The panoramic windows offer a view of the city — all tables are specifically arranged along them so guests can watch Irkutsk during dinner. The interior design was created by Japanese architect Shigeo Nakamura from Tokyo: the decor uses natural stone, wood, and glass, while in the evening large lampshades and glowing vase-shaped pedestals complete the atmosphere. The wine list includes more than 40 wines from the New and Old World. «Strizhi» is suitable for wedding dinners, family celebrations, and private events — the panoramic view and thoughtfully arranged table settings create a backdrop for intimate gatherings among close friends and family. The average check at the restaurant is 3,000–6,000 ₽.
