Main Wine

«Main Wine» is located in the historic center of Khabarovsk, at 68 Turgeneva Street. The project was opened by Anastasia Saprina and Mikhail Shevchishin, built around the idea of combining Far Eastern produce with European cuisine. The open kitchen features a two-level aquarium home to scallops, oysters, and sea urchins, which guests can see before they're served. Chef Ilya Kozhevnikov builds the menu around local seafood and seasonal Far Eastern ingredients, turning them into European dishes. The wine list deserves special mention: it holds more than 350 labels, selected with an eye to different food pairings. Here you'll find wines for discovering a new taste as well as for those who already know their preferences and are looking for a specific bottle to go with dinner.
