PUMPULA

«PUMPULA» is a Georgian street in the heart of Yekaterinburg, near the Ploshchad 1905 Goda metro station on Tolmacheva Street. The restaurant follows the #ModernGeorgia concept: it takes traditional Georgian dishes as its base and isn't afraid to reinterpret them. The menu brings together classics and bold new creations — Svan khinkali with minced beef, Adjarian khachapuri from a wood-fired oven, and eggplant with sun-dried tomatoes in yogurt sauce. The heart of the restaurant is a Pompeian oven, visible from every dining room. You can watch the khachapuri being made right at your table as the fire does its work. The open kitchen, ceramic lamps shaped like Georgian qvevri, and chandeliers woven using the Gan technique create a décor worth taking a closer look at. The windows of the second dining room are decorated with "crown"-shaped elements — a nod to the Chess Palace in Tbilisi, while wooden frames with greenery set into the niches of the elevator shaft add natural warmth to the space. «PUMPULA» works both for a business lunch with colleagues and a lively dinner with a large group.
