«Nelson Sovin» in Yekaterinburg is a magnet for anyone who knows beer — or wants to know it better. The place is located at 21/4 Malysheva Street, near the Ploshchad 1905 Goda metro station. The lineup includes about 400 items from new-wave European, American and Russian breweries: roughly 300 bottled beers, 30 draft beers and around 50 ciders. The bar team, led by manager Alexey Kadochnikov, works with real enthusiasm and helps even occasional beer drinkers navigate this variety. The selection is updated regularly, so the place is worth visiting again and again — there's always something new to find. The drinks are paired with matching snacks: dry-cured turkey, beef, turkey or chicken carpaccio from the Dirk meat house. Rounding out the offering are farmhouse cheeses from Fratelli Spirini, the Sobolev cheese dairy and Villaggio.
