Kryushon

«Kryushon» is located in the «Renome» hotel building at 8 Marta, 50, near the Geologicheskaya metro station. The cuisine here is called provincial — a reference to the traditions of the French provinces with their love of herbs and spices. The interior is done in a decorative Provençal style: pastel tones, soft sofas, fresh flowers, decorative cushions and striped wallpaper create a French country atmosphere. The menu is built around French classics: escargot Bourguignon, frog legs Provençal, bouillabaisse, French onion soup, and chestnut soup with truffle oil. Chef Stanislav Zhukov, who previously worked at the restaurants «Kef» and Vatel, expanded the menu with Italian risottos and pasta, and also added borscht with croutons, smoked pork fat, and milk mushrooms with sour cream. This combination means the menu offers both refined European dishes and familiar Russian appetizers. The bar at «Kryushon» serves four varieties of the drink of the same name — a mix of wine, liqueur and fruit. The wine list also includes wines from France, Italy and Spain, as well as spirits. The average check at the restaurant is from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
