«Khash» welcomes guests in the Greenwich Mall on 8 Marta Street, 46, on the third floor, near the Geologicheskaya metro station. The restaurant occupies two floors, and the interior recreates the atmosphere of a narrow street in an old Caucasian city — be it Tbilisi or Yerevan. The pastries are the restaurant's main point of pride. Here they bake kutabs and khachapuri in four different varieties, and Adjarian khachapuri has long been a favorite among regular guests. Ossetian pies are made according to traditional recipes, and they are every bit as delicious as the other pastries. The grill at «Khash» turns out fifteen types of shashlik and lyulya-kebab, served with thin lavash bread, fresh vegetables, herbs, and generous portions of sauce. The menu also includes dolma, khinkali, and kharcho, and the signature hash — rich and hearty — is prepared according to all the traditions of Caucasian cuisine. As is customary, homemade jam is served with tea, with a choice of cornel (dogwood), fig, or walnut. The average check at the restaurant ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
