Gorozhane

«Gorozhane» on Dobrolyubova, 6 is a European bistro near Ploshchad 1905 Goda and Geologicheskaya metro stations. Chef Igor Arsenov builds the menu around a simple idea: interesting everyday food. The loft-style interior was designed by Anna Shabinskaya — one room is given over to an open kitchen, the other is built around an open bar, so guests can watch the cooking and the bartender's work right from their table. Breakfast is served here from 8:30 to 13:00. The core of the morning menu is "gastro-eggs": alongside the usual omelet, scramble, and fried eggs, there's a mushroom omelet with stracciatella, oyster mushrooms, and a porcini mousse. Breakfast also includes pancakes, cottage cheese pancakes (syrniki), porridges, croissants, and sandwiches. For those watching their balance, the menu offers detox juices and natural lemonades. The coffee list was put together by expert Dima Maurin. As a result, guests can choose from technique-driven filter coffee, classic basics, and bolder flavor combinations — coffee is also available to go. The main menu also makes room for a Hawaiian specialty: three types of poke are served here. The average check at «Gorozhane» is 4,000–5,000 ₽.
