The Monk

«The Monk» has been serving Indo-Chinese cuisine in Dubai since 2011. The restaurant on 4b Street focuses on wok cooking — dishes are prepared fresh right before serving, combining traditional East Asian recipes with bold contemporary flavors. The menu features signature stir-fries, hearty curries, and hot pot — a dish guests assemble themselves, choosing their own broth and ingredients. Over the years, «The Monk» has expanded across Dubai: after its first opening, the restaurant appeared in Emirates Hills, Al Karama, and DSO, followed later by a location in Business Bay. The format is flexible: you can dine in the modern dining room, order delivery, get takeaway, or arrange corporate catering and group bookings.
