«tashas Jumeirah» is an international and healthy cuisine restaurant located in Dubai, in The Galleria Al Wasl Retail Centre on Al Wasl Street. The venue belongs to a chain of 22 restaurants: 15 operate in South Africa, 6 in the UAE, and one in London. The idea underlying the entire chain is simple, honest food without unnecessary pretension. Nothing here is prepared in advance: each dish is started only after it has been ordered. This approach requires more time and effort, but it is precisely what allows guests to get truly fresh food without complex techniques or excessive flourish. The restaurant's interiors are inspired by stylish cafés of Paris, New York, London, and Athens — the spaces are designed so that it's comfortable both to talk at the table and to share dishes with tablemates. The tashas team originally found its niche between familiar coffee shops and fine dining restaurants, offering guests something in between — quality food in a relaxed setting, where not only the taste of the dish matters, but also the atmosphere in which it is served.
