«Slate Street» operates in Town Square Dubai, on Hayat Boulevard, daily from 8:00 to 23:00. It serves burgers and breakfasts available around the clock — morning or evening. The signature dish is the Gangsta Paradise Brisket Burger, with slow-cooked beef brisket, house sauce, and golden fries, for 55 dirhams. Among the classics, the menu keeps avocado toast on artisan bread for 49 dirhams, while the new addition is Salmon Benedict: poached eggs with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce on toast, 52 dirhams. The kitchen is run by chef Rayyan, who builds the menu on a simple principle: don't overcomplicate good food. Ingredients are sourced from local suppliers every morning, and sauces — including peri-peri — are made in-house. The menu brings together different world cuisines, from an English breakfast to truffle pasta. Breakfast is served all day, right up until closing — you can order an English breakfast, avocado toast, or a stack of pancakes at any hour.
