«Sharief Bhai's» in Dubai is a home of authentic Dakhni cuisine, the culinary heritage of India's Deccan region, where the traditions of Mughal, Turkish, and Arab gastronomy are interwoven with South Indian flavors. The place specializes in biryani, considered number one in its genre, and the signature dish here is the Har-dil-Azeez Biryani, made with fragrant Zeerak Samba rice, which gives the dish its distinctive aroma and texture. The restaurant's history began in 2017 in Bangalore, from where Dakhni cuisine spread across Indian cities and eventually reached Dubai. Besides biryani, the menu includes pies, kebabs, faham grill, shorba, and meat platters — dishes made from recipes where spices play the leading role and meat is slow-cooked for maximum depth of flavor. The restaurant is located in Burjuman Mall, on the first floor, in the Al Mankhool area.
