«Paragon Restaurant» in Dubai on Al Zumorrod Street continues the history of the Paragon group, founded back in 1939. With more than seven decades of culinary practice behind it, the restaurant's approach to Malabar cuisine, which forms the basis of the menu, reflects that experience. The restaurant serves not only traditional Kerala recipes but also multi-cuisine dishes with signature variations. For breakfast, guests can order chapati, wheat parathas, puttu and idli, as well as combo sets: vegetable stew with appam, egg curry with appam, chicken stew with appam, and green pea curry. Among the hot appetizers, you can try pandanus, Schezwan baby corn, a spinach dish, and a peppery mix of mushrooms and okra. The salads on the menu are also varied — Provençal salad, shrimp and avocado salad, winter salad with honey and mint, and Greek salad.
