«Papa Murphy's» in Dubai operates on a format unusual for a classic pizzeria. Here you can get pizza already baked and fresh out of the oven, or choose the Take 'N' Bake option — freshly made but not yet baked, so you can finish it at home. The guest decides which crust to choose, which sauce, cheese, and toppings — and decides when the pizza goes into the oven. The kitchen works without freezing: the dough is made from scratch, the cheese is shredded from whole blocks, and the vegetables are cut by hand. Among the signature recipes on the original thin crust is the Margherita, with traditional tomato sauce, whole-milk mozzarella, and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar.
