Old Tbilisi

«Old Tbilisi» opened in Dubai in 2020 and has been introducing guests to Georgian cuisine right on JBR Walk, Rimal Avenue, ever since. The restaurant's team is Georgian, and it shows in every detail — from the approach to cooking to the atmosphere of the dining room, finished in natural wood with soft lighting. Only select ingredients are used here, including a signature cheese brought directly from Georgia, and the recipes have been passed down through families for generations. The menu is built on Georgian classics: homemade khinkali, crispy khachapuri, tender satsivi, and fragrant grilled meat. There are separate sections for breakfast — yogurt with granola and berries, homemade syrniki, and a big breakfast with Adjarian shakshuka — as well as a children's menu with meatball soup, dumplings, and ice cream with a milkshake. The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., and there's a separate app for takeaway and delivery orders offering new users a bonus of 500 points.
