Icons Coffee Couture

«Icons Coffee Couture» is a coffee shop in Dubai on Oud Metha Rd, in the Umm Hurair Second area. The concept is built around the German "Bio Kaffee" idea of mindful eating without giving up indulgence. Here they brew organic espresso from fair-trade farm coffee and offer refreshing iced coffees for an energetic start to the day. The menu lists the sugar, gluten, and calorie content of each dish — guests can choose between gluten-free, vegan, paleo, and low-calorie options. Baked goods have a special place on the menu: thin cakes, healthy cookies, brownies, and waffles, served hot and topped with natural ice cream. The ice cream can also be assembled to order, with mix-ins, toppings, or served on a hot muffin. The atmosphere draws on the fashion industry: a stylish, bright interior combined with a homey sense of comfort. The coffee shop also runs a separate program featuring rare and expensive coffee and tea varieties, prepared right in front of guests, sometimes with a dramatic use of fire.
