Hengchen

«Hengchen» has been operating in Dubai since 2010, specializing in fusion Chinese cuisine. The restaurant is located in a quiet corner of Motor City, on Uptown Fox Hill, and offers guests valet parking, a terrace, and warm lighting inside the dining room. The interior is done in deep red and gold tones, with lacquered surfaces creating an atmosphere for long meals at a shared table. The kitchen at «Hengchen» is built around the wok, the steamer, and the cleaver — chefs trained in Cantonese, Sichuan, and Hakka traditions. The menu features over 120 dishes: hand-made crispy spring rolls, whole steamed fish, cashew chicken, chow mein, sesame and honey-glazed shrimp, chicken in oyster sauce, and curry with rice. Each dish is prepared unhurriedly, to be served at its best. Guests can choose from three formats: ordering food, the chef's signature dishes, and drinks.
