Golden Dragon Restaurant

«Golden Dragon Restaurant» has been operating in Dubai since 1976 and is rightfully considered the city's first Chinese restaurant. Over half a century, the establishment has grown from a classic Chinese kitchen into a pan-Asian project, bringing together dishes from five countries under one roof. The menu is built around a gastronomic journey through Asia. From Japan, it serves ramen, Philadelphia rolls, and shrimp tempura. The Indonesian lineup includes nasi goreng with chicken, wok vegetables, and chicken satay. From Singapore, the menu offers rice noodles with chicken, spicy chili prawns, and chicken dim sum. Thai cuisine is represented by green curry with chicken and chicken satay skewers. And the classics of Chinese cuisine — chicken "lollipop" and Manchurian chicken — are inspired by Indo-Chinese street food. Golden Dragon's cuisine falls into the categories of Chinese, Asian, Szechuan, and Hong Kong — guests will find both traditional Sichuan and Cantonese recipes as well as Hong Kong–style dishes here. The restaurant remains committed to the wok cooking technique, which has been used here since it opened in 1976.
