Furn Beaino

«Furn Beaino» in Dubai is part of a Lebanese chain whose story began in 1975 with a small bakery in the old souks of Jounieh. Tony Beaino started the business at the age of 20 and never compromised on quality from the very beginning. Within five years, the bakery moved to a larger space in Sarba, and in 1990 it finally settled into its current location on the highway inside Sarba. The restaurant's signature dish is lahm bi ajin, a traditional Lebanese pie with minced meat. The menu also includes manakish with various toppings, wraps, salads, pizza, appetizers, and desserts. The range expanded after the opening of a central kitchen in Zouk Mikael in 2017 and a second delivery center in Bouchrieh in early 2019 — both serving orders across Beirut, Metn, and Keserwan. The chain confirmed compliance with ISO 22000:2005 standards in 2018 and ISO 22000:2018 in 2019, reflecting strict hygiene control at every stage of preparation. In Dubai, the restaurant operates at Kitchen Nation, Safeer Tower 2, Business Bay, offering guests the same Lebanese cuisine that the brand's story began with almost half a century ago.
