Fountain

«Fountain» is located in Souk Al Bahar, directly across from the Burj Khalifa — the dining room offers a panoramic view of the famous fountain and the tower. The restaurant is run by Passion F&B Group, the creators of a well-known Dubai venue with a Michelin star (this refers to the group's standing, not the ratings of this particular restaurant), and it offers contemporary cuisine in a buffet format with international dishes. The menu combines fresh ingredients and flavors from Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America: from homemade pastas and seafood (grilled octopus, octopus carpaccio, mussels in an assyrtiko sauce) to cheese appetizers with goat cheese and fig jam, and feta in homemade breading. For dessert — a milk filo pie from Thessaloniki, pecan pie with kaymak ice cream, and homemade yogurt mousse with lemon marmalade. The meal is rounded out with signature cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. On Wednesdays and Sundays from 18:00 to 22:00 there is a ladies' night, and every day from 13:00 to 18:00 a happy hour is in effect. The restaurant is open from noon until one in the morning and welcomes guests by advance table booking.
