Novikov Café is a Mediterranean brasserie in Dubai Mall, on Fashion Avenue. It is considered one of the most stylish dining spots in Dubai, with chef Riccardo Stevan cooking dishes over wood-fired charcoal, using local UAE produce and combining modern techniques with classic Mediterranean traditions. The menu is divided into three parts. Breakfast includes fresh pastries, fruit bowls, and egg dishes with caviar. For lunch and dinner, guests can order from the à la carte menu — hearty yet elegantly presented dishes that reflect the restaurant's signature style. The drinks and desserts section also deserves attention: it includes signature coffee, tea, pastries, smoothies, cakes, and mocktails. The restaurant has its own pastry boutique with a collection of signature Novikov cakes. The menu is available in English or Russian, convenient for guests from different countries.
