The concept was born in 2007 from Oscar Farinetti's idea to bring together quality food at reasonable prices under one roof and to show the full range of Italian products. The kitchen follows a simple approach: a few quality ingredients make a truly delicious dish. All the products the chefs use are sold right here at the market, so guests can recreate their favorite recipes at home. The wine masterclasses deserve special attention: guests are introduced to Italian wines from different regions of the country, learn about the characteristics of each, and get to taste wines that feel like a genuine escape to Italy.
