«Desi Deira» welcomes guests in Dubai, near the city museum, close to the creek. The restaurant serves authentic Indo-Pakistani cuisine and works in a casual fine dining format — simple and unpretentious, but attentive to detail. The interior is designed in Pakistani style: marble floors, an open kitchen behind glass, soft lighting, and comfortable banquette seating create an intimate setting for after-work gatherings. The kitchen cooks with seasonal produce, focusing on local and organic ingredients. Bread, sauces, sweets, and ice cream are made in-house every day rather than bought ready-made. The menu is updated every six to eight weeks, combining tried-and-tested dishes with new ones. At the same time, some recipes and products come from other small producers: cheese, cream, and honey are sourced from partners who also work by hand and with care. The establishment takes bookings for birthdays, business meetings, and engagements.
