«Delhi Restaurant» on 24 Street in Dubai has been serving Pakistani cuisine since 1978. This is a place that knows its nihari — the dish people come back for again and again. The menu offers several versions of it: the legendary beef nihari with ginger, lemon, and green pepper, the rare magz nihari with tender pieces of brain, nalli nihari made with bone marrow, and shahi nihari, which combines both brain and marrow bone in one fragrant dish. Besides nihari, it's worth trying the meat biryani, bhuna gosht, keema with green chili, ginger chicken, chana dal, and gaye kai paye. Among the kebabs — beef seekh kebab, beef bihari kebab, and mixed meat hunzai kebab, as well as mutton korma. For dessert, they serve kulfi, falooda, rabri, and mango ice cream.
