«Delhi Nahari Restaurant» on Abu Mussa Al Ashari Street in Dubai has been serving Pakistani cuisine since 1978. It specializes in nihari — a dish described here as legendary: beef nihari simmered for hours until the meat becomes tender and practically melts in your mouth, served with fresh ginger, lemon, and green chili pepper. The menu also includes rarer variations of nihari — with brain (Maghaz Nihari), with bone marrow (Nalli Nihari), and a combination of both in Shahi Nihari. Besides nihari, guests order mutton biryani, bhuna gosht, keema with green pepper, ginger chicken, chana daal, gaye ki paye, beef seekh kebab, bihari kebab, and mutton khunza kebab. For dessert, they serve kulfi, falooda, rabri, and mango ice cream. The restaurant offers dine-in as well as delivery and catering for events.
