«Delhi Darbar Restaurant» on Za'abeel Street in Dubai is part of an Indian chain with a history dating back to 1946 in Mumbai. The restaurant has been operating in the UAE for 30 years, keeping the recipes and cooking approach of the Indian original. Here they make biryani — the restaurant's signature dish, for which the whole chain is known — as well as butter chicken. The restaurant's menu features Indian cuisine with an emphasis on classic dishes: hot Indian flatbreads are made on-site, and there are live BBQ stations.
