«Coterra Coffee Roasters» is a coffee shop in Dubai, in the Umm Ramool area, at 18 9th St. The business opened in 2021 and from the start focused on specialty coffee roasted in-house. They work on a "farm to cup" principle: beans are bought directly from producers, stored at controlled temperatures, and hand-roasted with a profile tailored to each variety. The menu includes espresso and milk-based drinks, filter coffee, microlots and geisha, Arabic and Turkish coffee, drips and capsules. A separate line is dedicated to tea: black, green, and herbal.
