Chalcos

«Chalcos» serves Mexican food in Dubai with a Californian accent — recipes originally from Chalco, Mexico, but with touches of Southern California. All dishes are made on site and prepared fresh every day: meat is marinated overnight, salsa is made from scratch, and the homemade tortilla chips are fried according to a classic recipe. Local fresh produce and imported Mexican drinks are used to round out the flavor. The restaurant is located on the Lake Level in Cluster D, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, with a view of the lake — hence the name The Gallery for the main dining room. «Chalcos» welcomes guests every day from 11:00 to 22:00, and on Fridays from 13:00 to 22:00. Tables can be booked by phone, and delivery orders can be placed through UberEats.
